We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a high-speed diaper & hygiene products production unit .
Role Overview
This leadership role will drive production excellence, plant efficiency, quality standards, cost control, and timely dispatch while building a high-performance manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead day-to-day plant & production operations
✔ Achieve output targets and improve OEE, uptime & productivity
✔ Production planning, inventory & raw material coordination
✔ Drive quality control, audits & compliance standards
✔ Implement lean manufacturing & cost optimization initiatives
✔ Manage supply chain, warehouse & dispatch efficiency
✔ Lead plant managers, supervisors & shop-floor teams
✔ Ensure EHS, safety & statutory compliance
Ideal Candidate
• B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial (MBA Ops preferred)
• 12–18 years manufacturing experience
• 5+ years in leadership role
• Experience in FMCG / Hygiene / Diaper / Sanitary / Tissue manufacturing
• Strong exposure to high-speed automated lines & process improvement
