and take on a leadership role in operations.
Role:
Head – Foundry Operations (Designate)
Requirements
• BE / Diploma – Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy
• 8–15 years experience in foundry operations
• Hands-on exposure to
melting, moulding and production management
• Strong leadership and shopfloor management skills
This role will work closely with senior management and is intended to
transition into leading the foundry operations .
