Job Purpose
Tractor Machine Quality in Tractor machine shop, experience in Automotive / Agriculture with key analytical and problem-solving skills. Conducting process quality audits, CMM inspections and ensuring compliances on Critical to Quality, Poka-yoke, Process Controls etc
Key Responsibilities
Root Cause Analysis, Attribution of Defects and Coordination for required action plan for quality issues of Machine Shop and issues observed related to Machine Shop at next level customer.
Deployment of Voice of Customer (VOC) communication at the inspection stations (Quality gates ) through proper Q-Alerts.
Inspection of all machines at CMM as per the plan
Layout inspection of the parts as per defined frequency /plan
Monitor and track the quality indicators on daily/weekly /monthly basis, timely attribution and PDCA follow ups.
Analysis of EHF, DQR defects and driving closure of same with the attribution as per 4M1D.
Work with CFT / drive for the implementation of robust & technical solutions for Customer Issues
Conducting daily quality meeting with Production Team & CFT members on critical quality issues.
Plant Quality MIS on daily/ Weekly/Monthly basis and coordination with concerned stake holders ensuring action plan in place.
Experience Required
Minimum 8 12 yrs.
Preferred Qualifications
BE / B Tech / Diploma in Mechanical
