Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Munshirhat, Howrah, Jagat Ballavpur. The Maintenance Manager will oversee and manage all maintenance operations, ensure the proper functioning of equipment, implement preventive maintenance programs, and lead the maintenance team effectively. The role involves supervising maintenance activities, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring equipment meets operational standards through regular repairs and testing.

Qualifications
Strong supervisory skills to effectively manage a team and oversee daily operations
Proficiency in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and ensuring uptime of machinery
Experience in maintenance management, with the ability to plan, coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks
Expertise in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues effectively
Prior experience in the welding or manufacturing industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field preferred
