Key Responsibilities
Online Checking of in-process parameters and completion of the Log book and BMR of Coating Area.
To provide machine for preventive maintenance.
Co-ordination with IPQA/QC/Engineering department for smooth functioning of Production activities.
To ensure proper use of Personnel Protective Equipment's (PPEs) in area.
To maintain cGMP practice in production area.
To fill documentation as per GDP and maintain data integrity in Production area.
To do calibration/verification of balances in Production area.
Proper shift handover to the next shift technician to fulfill the production monthly target.
To maintain the discipline and punctuality among the colleagues/subordinates/workman.
To operate the Equipment as per SOP.
To report any deviation and abnormality of any type to seniors.
To provide target Kaizen on quarterly basis and to participate in PACE related activities.
Other work assigned by Department Head.
