Job Objective

To upkeep utilities and be responsible for up keepment of utility and process equipment's in Vantage Unit 1 and 2. Duties mainly involve preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, utility operations, statutory compliance, calibration of instruments and spare parts management.

Ensure proper execution of preventive and periodic maintenance to control the down time by preparation of list of various machine equipment's required for preventive maintenance and ensures periodic preventive maintenance of such equipment through proper preventive machine maintenance, ensures tripping free running of all machines. Attending and analyze the breakdown maintenance, suggests and implements necessary preventive checks, correctives and modifications managing breakdowns within the standard timings with the help of SOPs it will reduce the breakdown timing.
Ensure proper troubleshooting, electrical, mechanical maintenance of utilities and machines, resolve recurring problems Seeks expert guidance from reporting manager to understand the processes effectively to ensures that all the equipment's are maintained in proper working conditions and control the down time.
Ensures proper inspection of the spares / production equipment's received from suppliers' vendors.
Execute GMP, ISO, FSSC, KOSHER, Halal customer audits /internal audits, safety and statutory compliances with help of periodic schedule and adhering to standards to maintain compliance to policies and procedures of the organization.
Operation of ETP, preventive maintenance of ETP pumps.
Execution of building maintenance activities.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
