Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Planning based in Poonamallee. The Head of Planning will oversee end-to-end production, demand, and business planning processes to ensure effective resource utilization and alignment with company objectives. Key responsibilities will include analyzing production capacities, forecasting demand, optimizing schedules, and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. The individual will play a pivotal role in implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Demand Planning and Production Planning to ensure efficient resource allocation and meet delivery timelines.
Proficiency in Planning and Business Planning to develop strategic and effective systems to achieve organizational objectives.
Excellent Analytical Skills to assess data, forecast trends, and make informed decisions.
Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior management experience in supply chain, operations, or production planning, especially in manufacturing or industrial sectors, is preferred.
Knowledge of ERP systems and planning tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
