Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Paints Technical role, based in Kotda Sangani. The Paints Technical professional will be responsible for overseeing paint application processes, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with body shops or collision repair teams. Daily responsibilities may include evaluating paint products, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support related to painting and its applications. The candidate will ensure that quality standards are met while maintaining efficiency in operations.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in paints and painting processes
Experience in Quality Control to ensure adherence to quality standards
Direct knowledge of Body Shops and Collision repair industry practices
Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical guidance related to paints and application
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teams and clients
Attention to detail and knowledge of safety standards in paint handling
Relevant technical education or certifications in paints, coating technology, or a related field
