Job Purpose
Breakdown Maintenance,Preventive Maintenance & Programming of CNC, PLC, SCADA based equipment , troubleshooting with low MTTR
Key Responsibilities
Shift handling for breakdown & preventive maintenance
Root Cause Analysis of Breakdowns & implementation of corrective actions
Spares Planning, Revenue & Capex Budgeting
Manpower handling with good connect & Safety Care
Good hand on skill in CNC Fanuc controls, CNC Siemens Controls, CNC Mitsubishi controls , PLC, SCADA. Exposure on CNC Machines of Mazak, Makino, Heller, Mag etc.
Good Hand on skill in Equipment including CNC Machines, Testing Equipment , DC Tools, Press Machines, Marking Equipment, CMM, Industrial PC Based Controls, Washing Machines, Engine Testing, Conveyors, Paint Shop etc
Exposure of Microsoft office
- Excel, V-look up, Pivot Table, Power Points
Good Communication Skill
ISO Standard Awareness
Experience Required
Essential experience and skills: 7-15 yrs , CNC & PLC Skill
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering(Distance) / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics
