Job Brief
One of our esteemed clients is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Plant Head to lead their upcoming Copper Tube Manufacturing facility in South Gujarat.
This is a rare opportunity to oversee and supervise the development of a manufacturing plant from the ground up, one that you will eventually lead, scale and manage. If you have 15 to 20+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, and supply chain management, and a passion for building and scaling operations, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end operations of the plant.
Set up the plant layout, teams, and systems from scratch.
Oversee production, quality, maintenance, and SCM.
Work closely with promoters and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Hire, train, and guide the right people for each department.
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Make sure the plant meets targets and delivers on time.
Qualifications
15 to 20+ years of experience in plant management.
Strong background in manufacturing, production, and supply chain.
Experience in greenfield projects is a big plus.
Knowledge of copper or related metals is preferred.
Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must.
An engineering or technical degree is preferred.
