Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bavla for a Paintshop Engineer specializing in liquid paint technique. The Paintshop Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the painting process of toys, ensuring high-quality finishes, managing paint shop operations, and maintaining equipment. Daily tasks include mixing paints, applying coatings, monitoring paint supplies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and conducting quality control checks.

Qualifications

Proficiency in liquid paint techniques and paint mixing skills
Experience in managing paint shop operations and maintaining painting equipment
Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations related to paint application
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Relevant experience in the toy or manufacturing industry is a plus
Degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
