Job Description:

To provide and guide the team to conduct presales activity, implementation and troubleshooting activity at customer premises. The job requires TL to guide, motivate and train the team members to learn the latest technologies and products. He will have to go to the customer site for presales activity, prepare presales, implementation, and post-implementation documentation templates. Help create a motivated team for providing the best and fastest troubleshooting team in the industry.

Skill Requirements:
Good communication and documentation skills.

Mandatory Requirement
×
Proficiency in backup software (e.g. Veritas Net Backup, Commvault, Veeam Backup, Druva) and storage platforms (e.g., Dell EMC, HPE, etc.).
×       Strong understanding of data protection concepts, disaster recovery principles, & encryption technologies.
×       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
×       Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Must have worked in a cloud environment ( AWS, Azure, etc.)

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
×       At least   5 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and configuring storage and backup solutions involving multiple technologies (Net App, Veritas, Commvault Druva, etc.).
×       At least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementation and designing data centres, including networking, server virtualisation with Windows and VMWare, HA and DR using Windows hypervisors and VMWare, storage, Hyper Converged Infrastructures (DELL/ HPE/ Nutanix) and backup solutions.
×       At least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and designing Active Directory, Office 365, and database servers.
×       Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
×       Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given.
×       Hands-on experience in Backup technologies with strong exposure to Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
