Role Overview :
Lead end-to-end sterile production operations with complete ownership of safety, quality, compliance, and delivery. The role involves strategic production planning, resource optimization, audit readiness, deviation & CAPA management, continuous improvement initiatives, and active involvement in  site transfer and tech transfer projects .
Desired Exposure:
Aseptic & sterile manufacturing operations
cGMP compliance, regulatory audits & QMS documentation (BMR/BPR)
Large team handling & capacity optimization
Greenfield/Brownfield projects, IPD & site transfers
HSE, cost optimization, yield & efficiency improvement
