At Urban Company, we are looking for 4 passionate Training Managers in Mumbai with strong experience in housekeeping/cleaning and a passion for developing people. If you enjoy working on the ground, coaching professionals, and driving service excellence, this role is for you.
Role:
Training Manager – Cleaning Category

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end training programs for professionals offering home cleaning services in the assigned city

• Deliver technical and behavioral training to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

• Provide hands-on training on cleaning SOPs, tools, chemicals, and processes

• Develop and improve training content aligned with industry best practices

• Monitor training effectiveness and improve service quality through training interventions

• Lead and guide a team of trainers / professionals to ensure consistent training delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and close skill gaps

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 5+ years of experience in Housekeeping / Facility Management / Hotels / Cleaning Operations
✔ Hands-on experience in housekeeping or cleaning operations is mandatory
✔ Experience in training, coaching, or team management
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and people development skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
✔ Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
