Role Description

The Center Head will oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the institution, ensuring smooth execution of academic and training programs and aligning them with MGI's mission and goals. This role includes supervising staff, managing budgets, developing and implementing strategies, liaising with industry partners, and ensuring a high-quality educational experience for students. The Center Head will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and organizational success.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Proficiency in operational management, budgeting, and strategic planning
Experience in educational administration or the aviation industry
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and industry professionals
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (education, management, or aviation preferred)
Prior experience as an institution leader or administrator is an advantage
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards within the aviation or education sector is beneficial
