We are a young brand, growing rapidly to serve healthy & fresh food & beverage. Our vision is to make healthy food accessible, without compromising on taste. We serve smoothies, shakes, refreshers, & millet sandwiches. Everything we do is all-natural, preservative-free, & fully transparent.
Our good-food ATMs are stationed in 30+ locations in Delhi NCR, including places like Amity University, Select City Walk, Worldmark Aerocity, Ambience Mall, Max Group, & Fortis Group. We are also partners with food court aggregators like Smartq, Foodforum, and Gokhanna. We have served 10 Lakh + orders and are on track to open 100 kiosks in this financial year.

Role Overview
The QSR Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that enhance employee skills, productivity, and engagement across outlets and support functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent brand standards, excellent customer experience, and strong leadership pipelines across the QSR network.

Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Development
Design and deliver structured training programs for front-line (store staff, cashiers, baristas, kitchen crew) and managerial employees.
Develop onboarding modules for new hires to ensure smooth integration and brand alignment.
Create SOP-based training manuals, checklists, and visual aids for store operations.
Conduct refresher training to reinforce product knowledge, hygiene, and customer service standards.

2. Performance & Skill Development
Identify skill gaps through training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with Area Managers.
Develop learning paths for team leaders and store managers to prepare them for higher responsibilities.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, mystery audits, and store performance metrics.

3. Learning Content & Technology
Develop engaging e-learning content, videos, and micro-learning modules for continuous learning.
Maintain a learning calendar and LMS (Learning Management System) if applicable.
Stay updated on QSR learning trends and recommend innovative methods for employee engagement.

4. Culture & Engagement
Drive learning-based engagement initiatives such as skill challenges, certifications, and recognition.
Support the HR team in fostering a learning-driven and growth-oriented culture.

Key Skills
Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of training design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Familiarity with QSR operations and food safety standards (FSSAI, hygiene, customer service).
Proficiency in MS Office / Canva,/basic LMS tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training impact.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field.
10 years of experience in Training / L&D, preferably in QSR, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Experience in building training frameworks from scratch will be a strong plus.
