Role Description

We are looking for long term partners who can help build a national and global organization and who will share the success.

This is a business opportunity, where you can start as a side hustle and then go full-time remote yet fully connected role as a Sales and Marketing Director at MANAGEMENT INNOVATIONS.

The focus is promoting OD related programs and consulting services to Entrepreneurs, Founders, CEOs and Organizational Leaders in businesses as well as other forms of institutions and organizations.

The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, nurturing client relationships, and driving customer acquisition through effective communication and sales techniques - for our Organization Development Programs and Consulting Services.

We are looking for people who see Sales as a Service, people who see Sales and Marketing as a contribution to the customers, by helping them accomplish their dreams.

Revenue Opportunities :
Sales of wide range of (OD) Organization Development, Leadership and other world class interventions.
Sales of OD consulting services
Involvement in the delivery of the OD programs post training and certification by us. Most of the training and certifications by us will be very rigorous, but complimentary for our partners.
Involvement in the delivery of the OD Consulting Services.

Qualifications

Strong Contacts with Entrepreneurs, Founders, CEOs, Organizational and Institutional Heads.
Experience in Selling Training, Consulting services.
Result Oriented
