Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Coordinator based in Delhi. The Placement Coordinator will facilitate employment opportunities for individuals supported/ trained by Samarthanam Trust. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with potential employers, organizing and attending job fairs, coordinating placement processes, providing career counseling to disabled candidates, and ensuring smooth communications between candidates and employers. The role also involves ensuring that placement goals are met and reporting on the outcomes of employment initiatives.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Experience in employment counseling, recruitment, or working with placement agencies
Organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of local employment markets and networking skills
Awareness of inclusivity and support services for individuals with disabilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in using technology and tools such as email, office software, and candidate tracking systems
Any experience in social work, NGOs, or disability care is an advantage

Freedom Fighters Enclave, Neb Sarai, IGNOU Road, New Delhi

Working hours:

9:30am to 6pm, 6 days a week.

Salary range:
20-25k
