Shift Timings:  6pm-3am IST (US Shift)

Role Description

The Supply Chain Analyst, Labor Planning will support and enhance our labor and capacity planning functions h a growing global network of fulfillment centers, you will play a critical role in analyzing labor requirements, building planning tools, and ensuring operational efficiency across sites. You will work closely with operations stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize labor allocation and meet merchant SLAs.

This role will report to the Supply Chain Operations, Labor Planning Manager.

What You'll Do

Assessing current and projected labor capacity across fulfillment centers to optimize for cost and SLA performance.
Maintain and update staff planning models for all facilities.
Build and maintain labor planning tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and Power

BI.
Run analytical simulations and reconcile data across multiple systems to validate labor models.
Collaborate with operations stakeholders, process managers, and implementation teams to align labor plans with merchant needs.
Support peak season planning and strategic expansion initiatives.
Develop centralized reporting solutions for accurate data publication and Informed planning.
Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

What You'll Bring To The Table

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, Industrial engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in labor or capacity planning within warehousing or fulfillment environments.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL; familiarity with Power

BI and Python preferred.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
