Seth Law Chambers  , a boutique law firm specialising in   arbitration and commercial disputes  , is expanding its team at its Delhi office.

Minimum Qualifications
LLB from a reputed university with a good academic record.
2–4 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm, chambers of a Senior Advocate, or chambers of an independent counsel.
Prior exposure to arbitration and/or civil original side work
Excellent written and spoken English.

Role Description
Legal research and preparation of briefs and case notes.
​Drafting pleadings for arbitral tribunals, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.
​Supervising filing, listing, and procedural aspects of matters before courts and tribunals.
​Assisting and, where appropriate, advancing arguments before arbitral tribunals and courts.
​Taking ownership of matters on an end-to-end basis

Financial Consideration
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skill set. Merit-based increments and responsibility will be available to high-performing candidates.
