Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banking Lawyer, located in South Delhi. The Banking Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in banking and finance matters, including drafting and reviewing agreements, managing regulatory compliance, and conducting due diligence for financial transactions. Additional responsibilities include handling negotiations, advising on financial restructuring, and conducting legal research to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Expertise in Banking and Finance laws, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Finance matters
Proficiency in Drafting, Reviewing Contracts, and Negotiation
Experience in handling Financial Restructuring, Due Diligence, and Documentation
Strong Legal Research and Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to advise clients effectively
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a recognized university
MBA or additional certifications in finance or related disciplines are preferred
