Role summary Looking for a  Banking & Finance lawyer  for a well‑known law firm in Delhi with strong experience in secured lending and real estate collateral work.

Key responsibilities  Drafting and vetting  title search reports  for immovable property (including chain of title, encumbrance checks, and marketability opinion).
​
Reviewing and drafting   loan agreements ,  deeds of hypothecation ,  mortgage/charge documents , guarantees, and related security documents for banks/NBFCs.
​
Conducting due diligence on borrowers and collateral, coordinating with registries (Sub‑Registrar, ROC) and valuers, and finalising conditions precedent / subsequent. indialawoffices+1

Liaising with bank officials and internal stakeholders for documentation, clarifications, and compliance with internal credit and RBI norms.

Preferred profile  PQE:
Typically 2–5 years in  banking / real‑estate / security documentation  practice, ideally at a banking, finance or real‑estate focused law firm in Delhi‑NCR.
​
Prior experience   working with or for banks/NBFCs  on loan and security documentation, title due diligence and enforcement support (SARFAESI, DRT, etc.) will be preferred.
