Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Lawyer, requiring work primarily from the VetoAI office in New Delhi. The Real Estate Lawyer will be responsible for working closely with our product team to develop Agentic-AI solutions for the real estate space. They will also work with clients, to understand market requirements and market the product. An understanding of real estate law, contract law, and litigation processes is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of real estate law, property transactions, and contract law
Experience in property Due-Diligence and understanding local registrar records and verification
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements, leases, and contracts
Strong research and legal writing skills, including the ability to evaluate and analyze legal precedents
Proficiency in delivering sound legal advice and mitigating risks related to real estate and property disputes
Experience in litigation and dispute resolution related to real estate matters
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Efficiency in managing multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
Knowledge of Indian real estate regulations and legal procedures is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent;
Master's degree in Law (LLM) is desirable
Bar admission in India is required
Minimum 2 years' experience.
