Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive legal research.
Draft, review, vet, and redline a wide range of agreements, including vendor agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), service level agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Review agreements and other legal documents to ensure accuracy, enforce ability, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Manage the end-to-end contract management process, including drafting, negotiation, execution, redlining, storage, and maintenance of contracts for repository and regulatory purposes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments such as business, operations, compliance, and finance to address contractual, legal, and regulatory matters effectively.
Monitor and analyse evolving legal and regulatory developments and provide timely inputs for updating internal policies, procedures, and contractual templates.
Support in mitigating legal and compliance risks.

Skills Required:

Strong legal drafting, review, and negotiation skills
Good understanding of contractual, commercial, and regulatory matters
Ability to interpret laws, regulations, and legal documents accurately
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
