Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive legal research.
- Draft, review, vet, and redline a wide range of agreements, including vendor agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), service level agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Review agreements and other legal documents to ensure accuracy, enforce ability, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage the end-to-end contract management process, including drafting, negotiation, execution, redlining, storage, and maintenance of contracts for repository and regulatory purposes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments such as business, operations, compliance, and finance to address contractual, legal, and regulatory matters effectively.
- Monitor and analyse evolving legal and regulatory developments and provide timely inputs for updating internal policies, procedures, and contractual templates.
- Support in mitigating legal and compliance risks.

Skills Required:

- Strong legal drafting, review, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of contractual, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Ability to interpret laws, regulations, and legal documents accurately
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
