Job Description & How to Apply Below
MNS Credit Management Group is a leading and rapidly growing credit management company in India, with deep capabilities across Business Information Reports (BIR/KYB), credit risk evaluation, and collections. Established in 1996 and headquartered in New Delhi, MNS has 200+ employees and a long-standing reputation with large enterprises and BFSI clients. We are now scaling our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Factoring business, and are hiring an AVP — Channel Partnerships & Distribution to help build a repeatable partner engine (CA/DSA + ecosystem partners) that reliably delivers qualified SCF opportunities.
This is a builder role for someone with 4–8 years experience in channel/partnership distribution within lending/fintech/NBFCs. You will recruit and activate partners, drive lead flow, improve lead quality through training/process, and coordinate with internal pre-qual/credit/ops teams to push files through the funnel - from submission to disbursal.
Key Responsibilities
1) Channel Building
Identify, onboard, and activate CAs/DSAs/referral partners to generate working-capital/SCF leads.
Build partner segmentation and routines: top partners, growth partners, long tail.
2) Partner Enablement & Lead Quality
Provide partner feedback loops: rejection reasons, correction guidance, resubmission playbooks.
Create and maintain partner kits: pitch deck, one-pagers, checklists, FAQs, scripts, sample sanction/disbursal journeys.
3) Partnerships with Platforms / Ecosystem Players
Support tie-ups with accounting/ERP ecosystems, trade associations, marketplaces, logistics platforms, and fintech aggregators .
Coordinate co-marketing campaigns with partners (webinars, landing pages, email/Whats App).
4) Funnel Management & Execution (End-to-end ownership)
Own partner-sourced funnel metrics: leads → prequal → docs → lender submission → sanction → disbursal .
Work with internal pre-qual/credit/ops to reduce leakages, improve TAT, and increase disbursal conversion.
5) Reporting & Operating Cadence
Maintain CRM hygiene and basic dashboards (partner activity, lead quality, stage conversions, TAT).
Run weekly partner reviews and a monthly plan for partner acquisition/activation targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
4–8 years in channel distribution / partnerships in lending, fintech, NBFC, or financial services (working capital preferred).
Experience managing DSA/referral networks ; CA channel exposure is a strong plus.
Comfortable with high-frequency execution: calls, onboarding, training, follow-ups, and funnel pushing.
Strong coordination skills across internal teams (sales/credit/ops) and external partners.
Why This Role
Build a distribution engine from early days—high ownership, fast learning, visible impact.
Work closely with senior leadership and help shape incentives, playbooks, and partner strategy.
