We are looking for a  Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist  who can manage advertising campaigns  end-to-end  — from strategy and research to execution, optimization, and reporting.

Role Overview The Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for  planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns  across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the  entire campaign lifecycle , including audience research, keyword strategy, creative development, campaign setup, performance optimization, and analytics.
This role requires someone who is both  analytical and creative , capable of translating marketing goals into measurable ad performance.

Key Responsibilities  Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop advertising strategies based on client goals (lead generation, brand awareness, conversions, traffic)
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
Create campaign structures and budget allocation strategies
Plan multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
Google Ads Management
Manage campaigns across:
Search Ads
Display Ads
Performance Max
You Tube Ads
Local & Shopping campaigns (when applicable)
Conduct keyword research and build keyword targeting strategies
Write compelling ad copy and test multiple variations
Optimize campaigns using bidding strategies, audience signals, and conversion data
Meta Ads Management
Plan and manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Create audience targeting strategies using:
Custom audiences
Lookalike audiences
Interest-based targeting
Manage campaign objectives such as lead generation, conversions, traffic, and engagement
Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing
Creative Development
Work with design and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Create ad briefs for images, videos, and landing page assets
Test different creative formats including:
Static ads
Carousel ads
Video ads
Reels and Stories
Campaign Optimization
Monitor daily campaign performance
Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative assets
Improve CTR, conversion rates, and reduce cost per acquisition
Implement A/B testing strategies
Tracking & Analytics
Set up and manage conversion tracking
Configure Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and event tracking
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights
Generate regular performance reports for clients

Required Experience   3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
3+ years of experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
Proven experience managing campaigns with  measurable ROI
Experience managing  lead generation and conversion campaigns
Strong understanding of  digital marketing funnels
Experience running  multi-channel paid media strategies
