Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Coordinator to manage project data, reporting
systems, and monitoring dashboards for the Nutrition Project. The candidate will support
program teams by ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and analysis for effective
project monitoring.
Purpose of the Role
To manage and maintain the project Management Information System (MIS) ensuring
accurate collection, storage, analysis, and reporting of project data to support monitoring,
evaluation, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

 Maintain and update the project MIS database.
 Collect and compile data from field teams and govt departments
 Monitor the project progress and evaluate the success on a regular basis
 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports.
 Track project indicators and beneficiary data.
 Ensure data accuracy and validation.
 Maintain documentation of project activities and outputs.
 Coordinate with field teams for timely reporting.
 Support program monitoring and donor reporting requirements.
 Build the capacity of frontline workers to achieve project targets and objectives efficiently.
 Analyze program data to identify trends, progress, and gaps.
 Provide data insights to support program planning and decision-making.
 Assist in impact documentation and success stories using data insights.
 Reporting to stakeholders and making evidence-based decisions by maintaining
reliable project data systems.

Qualifications

Post-graduation in Social Work/Development/ Public Health /IT or equivalent
 5–7 years' experience in MIS management, data reporting, and data analysis /
Monitoring and evaluation within the development sector, specifically in Health and
Nutrition Projects.
 Strong skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data reporting tools.
