production-grade impact measurement models for Digital Experience Platforms (Website &
App) and Email campaigns.
The role focuses on quantifying incremental lift in sales, margin, conversion, revenue, and engagement, along with feature-level attribution across banners, journeys, ads, and UI elements. You will partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to drive data-backed decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years in Data Science with strong exposure to Marketing Measurement &
Experimentation.
• Deep expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, A/B testing, Markov chain
models and ML.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python & PySpark.
• Experience building scalable production ML pipelines.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead complex analytical programs independently.
