About the Role
This role is part of our Customer Success team. Customer success is central to the company's growth plans and is the core differentiator between Parallel Dots and competitors in the market. We are known for our efficient, flexible, and delightful customer service. We have set ourselves a high benchmark and strive to achieve higher.

Customer Success team is responsible for delivering all client projects. The ticket of a single project runs in 100s of thousands dollars, making the relationship building and nurturing with the client key to success. This role is at the confluence of sales, product, engineering, data science and data ops verticals - where all come together to deliver complex AI projects for our clients.

Customer Success offers the best exposure to business context, tech, internal functioning of all verticals within the company, and client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities
You will execute end-to-end onboarding of a client onto Parallel Dots platform.
You will execute all change management requests from the clients.
You will deliver all client requirements during the course of the project.
You will assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in delivering ROI to the client.
You will assist CSMs in making project operations more efficient.
You will deliver quality in the data processed.
You will ensure reliability and integrity of the data reported to the client.

Skills and Qualifications
Expertise in using intermediate excel and exposure to advanced excel will be preferred.
Experience in working with large datasets will be preferred.
A rich prior workplace experience like working in startups or a challenging profile will be preferred.
Diligence and sincerity - meeting the client deliverables on time without fail will be an important qualifier.
Effective communication - ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to get work done.
