The QMS Mid-Level professional will support the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Quality Management System in alignment with ISO standards, security controls, and business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with Info Sec, Project Delivery, and Compliance teams to ensure process adherence and audit readiness.

Role Requirements:

Maintain and improve the organization’s QMS framework in line with ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 requirements.
Develop, review, and update policies, procedures, work instructions, and SOPs.
Support internal and external audits, including evidence collection and gap remediation.
Track non-conformities, corrective actions (CAPA), and process improvements.
Work with Info Sec and Risk teams to align QMS with security and compliance requirements. Conduct process reviews and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with defined processes.
Support management reviews and audit preparedness activities.
Conduct Project SSDLC audit, Review secure coding controls, SDLC practices, and evidence of security integration in projects.
Maintain documentation repositories and version control of QMS artefacts.

Preferred

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of experience in Quality Management, Compliance, or Process Governance.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Delivery, IT, admin, HR and support functions).
Hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001. Experience in audits (internal/external) and compliance reviews.
Strong documentation & process mapping skills. Good communication & reporting skills.
ISO Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification in ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 (preferred).
Experience working in IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering organizations.
