Role Description
This is a full-time remote internship position for a Data Privacy Intern at Comply Zen Security Solutions. The intern will assist in conducting privacy impact assessments, supporting GDPR and data protection compliance efforts, and researching data privacy trends and regulations. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of compliance documentation, reviewing internal policies, and providing recommendations to strengthen data privacy practices.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of data privacy and protection regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
Research and analytical skills to interpret and apply complex privacy laws and standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting policies and presenting findings
Detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proficiency with compliance platforms or data privacy tools is a plus
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
Passion for data privacy, compliance, and information security
