About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Consultant to join a dynamic Digital Finance environment.
You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Integrated Financial and Workforce Planning solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud Planning , working closely with Finance and IT stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who combines strong technical SAC expertise with business acumen in Finance Planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Digital Finance team to design, implement, and enhance SAC Planning solutions.
Configure and optimize SAC Planning components, including:
Data Actions
Multi Actions
Advanced Formulas
Input Controls
Data Locking
Security configuration
Customize and extend SAP Business Content to support:
Integrated Financial Planning
Operational Workforce Planning
Apply SAC best practices in:
Model design
Performance optimization
Calculations and formulas
Data connections
Planning governance and maintenance
Support and facilitate business workshops to design future-state planning solutions.
Deliver training sessions to upskill finance users on new processes and tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAC Planning.
Operate, maintain, and continuously enhance existing planning solutions.
Act as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and other technology platforms to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Data Actions & Advanced Formulas
Multi Actions
Planning models & versions
Security design
Data locking mechanisms
Experience adapting and extending SAP Business Content
Solid understanding of Financial Planning processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting)
Experience in Workforce Planning is a strong plus
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
Experience facilitating workshops with Finance stakeholders
Fluent English (mandatory)
Nice to Have
Experience with integration to S/4
HANA, BW, or other SAP data sources
Knowledge of planning governance frameworks
Previous experience in Digital Finance transformation programs
