About the Role:
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager who's curious about how users interact with products and passionate about data-driven decision-making. In this role, you'll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to analyze user behavior, gather insights, and shape the future of our product. If you love solving real-world problems with data and are eager to learn how tech products evolve, this job is for you.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with senior product leaders to define and solve real user problems
Translate business goals into clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, flows)
Analyze user behavior and product metrics (retention, engagement, conversion) to identify improvement areas
Support feature launches from ideation to release
Coordinate with design, tech, marketing, and analytics teams for execution
Conduct user research, feedback analysis, and competitor benchmarking
Assist in running A/B tests and interpreting results
Track feature performance and suggest optimizations
Prepare product documentation and internal reports
Requirements:
Btech (MBA is a bonus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn basics
Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and user journeys
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for insights and storytelling with data
Nice to Have:
Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Firebase
Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation frameworks
Understanding of wire framing tools like Figma, Notion, or Trello
Prior experience in data analysis, product research, or tech internships
