Who we're looking for
We're looking for an Email Deliverability Manager who understands how cold email systems work and can help maintain strong inbox placement across multiple sending accounts.
Bonus points if you've worked with cold email infrastructure or managed sending domains before, but it's not required if you're willing to learn quickly.
Responsibilities
Set up and maintain cold email infrastructure (domains, inboxes, DNS records)
Monitor deliverability across sending accounts
Warm up inboxes and maintain sending health
Fix deliverability issues such as spam placement or domain reputation problems
Work with the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly
Occasionally coordinate internally on campaign performance
