We are looking for  a UX Design L ead to dri ve high-value UX initiati ves for our clients whi le strengthening design execution and strat egy. You will play a pivotal role  in delivering exceptional design w ork, leading UX engagements, a nd partnering with stakehold ers to align UX efforts with business outcom

es.
In addition to strong UX leadership, we value individuals who  are curious and proactive about emerging technologies—especially  AI. Leading UX Strategy & Project O
utcomes

Own and lead UX projects, ensuring the team delivers impactful solutions aligned with business and user
goals.

Define UX strategy and execution plans, guiding the team on approach, workflows, and best pra
ctices.

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to align UX efforts with product obje
ctives.

Play an active role in shaping the UX of AI-powered product features, internally as well as externally (client facing activ
ities).Balance mentorship and execution, reviewing and elevating team deliverables while owning key UX
outputs

Ensure UX design improves product adoption, efficiency, and user satisfaction, with a focus on measurable business
impact.

Communicate and present design strategies and solutions effectively to both clients and internal

teams.
Strengthening UX Processes & Tea
m Growth Coach and mentor designers, ensuring growth in their skills and strategic t
hinking.

Enhance UX workflows, design reviews, and quality control processes to improve efficiency and
output.

Promote responsible exploration and integration of AI into design workflows across t
he team.

Support hiring and onboarding of new de
signers.

Contribute to presales efforts, helping shape UX proposals and strategy discussions with potential

clients.
Quali

fications

Experience8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in leading and managing UX teams, preferably within an agency or service-based
business.

A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including projects where you have led teams or managed client
accounts.

Must have experience in B2B products and enterprise applications. Experience in the Health Tech industry
is a plus.

Exposure to AI in a product or UX context—whether through tool usage, feature design, or hands-on collaboration on AI-powered products—is highly

prefer
red.
Skills Leadership &  Team Growth – Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate design teams to deliver their
best work.

Client & Stakeholder  Management – Experienced in managing client expectations, aligning UX solutions with business goals, and influencing product
direction.

AI Readiness & ;
Curiosity – A demonstrated interest or early experience in designing AI-powered features or leveraging AI tools
in UX work.

Project Execution & Process  Management – Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across UX, development, and pro
duct teams.

UX Expertise & Technica l Knowledge – Proficient in UX methodologies, research, prototyping, and usability testing, with a solid understanding of product d
evelopment.

Effective Co mmunication – Strong ability to present, advocate, and articulate UX value to both technical and non-technical st

akeholders.
