Job Title :  Senior Sales Specialist - Digital Marketing

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced   Senior Sales Specialist   with a strong understanding of  end-to-end digital marketing services  and a proven ability to sell these offerings to clients. The ideal candidate will come from a  digital marketing agency environment , understand how digital campaigns are planned and executed, and confidently translate client needs into the right solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, preferably with experience in international markets
Sell a wide range of  digital marketing services , including but not limited to: SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Social Media, Website Development.
Own the  end-to-end sales cycle : lead qualification, discovery calls, solutioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
Understand client business goals and recommend the most suitable digital marketing strategies.
Collaborate closely with internal  marketing, strategy, and delivery teams  to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handovers.
Prepare customized proposals , pricing, and presentations based on client requirements.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities  in CRM tools.
Stay updated with industry trends, platforms, and digital best practices.

Preferred Requirements:

4+ years of experience in  sales/business development within a digital marketing agency .
Strong hands-on understanding of  all major digital marketing channels .
Proven track record of selling  digital marketing services  and meeting revenue targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to confidently conduct discovery and solutioning conversations with clients.
Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced agency environment.
