Job Summary :
The Product Content Manager is responsible for shaping, maintaining, and scaling the content that explains, supports, and activates 's products across the customer lifecycle.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, UX, Marketing, and Support—ensuring that product capabilities are clearly understood by customers, internal teams, and partners. The Product Content Manager translates complex product functionality into clear, accurate, and actionable content across in-product experiences, help documentation, enablement materials, and launch communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Content Strategy
Own the content strategy for product education and enablement across
Define content standards and tone for product-facing materials.
Ensure consistency across in-product copy, help center articles, onboarding flows, lifecycle & release communications.
Partner with Product & Marketing Leadership to align content with product strategy, roadmap and brand positioning
Hands on execution towards growth milestones
In-Product & Lifecycle Content
Write and maintain in-product copy, tooltips, onboarding messaging, and empty states.
Support lifecycle UX by ensuring users understand what to do, why it matters, and what comes next.
Aligning user comms with marketing/brand to ensure messaging & communication strategy adherence.
Collaborate with Design and Product to ensure content supports usability and clarity.
Initial Draft & Support user lifecycle comms. Adhering to a playbook jointly owned by marketing & Product
Architect & Edit lifecycle comms campaigns in our own product for effective launches
Help Center & Documentation
Own creation and management of Help Centre content, including:
Getting started guides
Feature usage articles
Structure & User Experience
Ensure documentation remains accurate as the product evolves.
Structure content so it can be easily updated as UI and workflows change.
Launch & Release Support
Partner with Product Operations to support product launches with clear, accurate content.
Draft release notes, feature explanations, and internal enablement materials and partner with Marketing for Release emails and/or campaigns.
Ensure Sales, Support, and Customer Success have the content they need to support launches.
Ensure Chatbot is trained post each launch
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Marketing, Support, and CS teams.
Act as the content point person during QA and demo phases to ensure messaging accuracy.
Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to continuously improve product content.

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience creating product content and UX writing that drives user engagement, adoption, and clarity across technical documentation.
Experience translating complex product concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
Strong collaboration skills across product, design, and go-to-market teams.
Ability to manage multiple content streams across a fast-moving product roadmap.
Familiarity with SaaS, B2B platforms, or marketplace products preferred.
Agile learner of AI and Automation platforms

Experience with building & deploying comms, ideally with basic html understanding

Success Measures:
Users understand how to use the product without additional support.
Help Centre and Chat bot content reduces support tickets and confusion.
Product launches are accompanied by clear, accurate MVP.
Internal teams consistently reference and trust product documentation.
Content scales as the platform grows without becoming fragmented.
Lifecycle comms. enable attention & adoption increasing customer lifetime value
