About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled  ODI / PLSQL Developer  with strong expertise in  Oracle Hyperion  (HFM) and  FDMEE  to join our global support team. In this role, you will be the technical backbone for our US-based client's on-premise financial systems. You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of complex data integrations between source ERP systems and the Oracle EPM suite.

This is an individual contributor role requiring high autonomy, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with onshore functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Development:  Design and maintain complex  Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)  mappings, packages, and scenarios to automate data flow into  HFM  and  DRM .
Data Management:  Develop and optimize  PL/SQL  scripts, stored procedures, and functions for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
Financial Data Loading:  Administer and enhance  FDMEE  applications, including creating data load rules, managing mappings, and writing scripts to automate financial data loads.
Production Support:  Monitor batch schedules (Autosys/Control-M), troubleshoot data discrepancies, and perform root cause analysis for production issues in the HFM environment.
System Maintenance:  Support patching, upgrades, and migrations of the on-premise EPM environment. Collaborate with infrastructure teams on  Linux/Unix  server tasks as needed.
Documentation:  Maintain technical documentation for interfaces, data flows, and support procedures.

Required Technical

Skills:

Oracle Data Integrator (ODI):  4+ years of hands-on experience with 11g/12c. Must have expertise in topology configuration, knowledge modules, and debugging.
PL/SQL:  Expert-level proficiency in writing complex queries, packages, and performance tuning in an Oracle Database environment.
FDMEE:  Strong experience with financial data load automation, mapping definitions, and scripting (Jython/Groovy).
Hyperion HFM:  Solid understanding of HFM data structure, rules, and consolidation processes.
Scripting & Scheduling:  Proficiency in Linux/Unix Shell scripting and experience with enterprise schedulers like Autosys or Control-M.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Data Relationship Management (DRM).
Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.).

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
