Required skills
1) eProcurement Systems Expertise:
Experience with platforms such as Ariba , Jaggaer , or similar .
2) Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve functional issues efficiently.
3) Communication: Strong interpersonal and documentation skills for cross-team coordination.
4) ERP Integration:
Familiarity with ERP systems and their interaction with procurement tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Setup:
Configure iBuy partitions in both Test and Production environments.
2. User Management:
Set up user personas and manage access controls.
3. Requirement Translation:
Convert functional requirements into actionable iBuy system configurations.
4. Cross-Team Coordination:
Collaborate with ERP technical and functional teams during implementation phases.
5. Ad-Hoc Support:
Respond to and resolve various ad-hoc functional requests as needed.
