Role Overview
The Commercial/Procurement Digital Technologies (DT) team is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Contractor)  to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and digital transformation initiatives.
The role operates within the  IT PMX operating model  (a hybrid of PMP & PRINCE2) to ensure full compliance with governance standards, processes, and internal controls.
Project Allocation
50%  – Mars’  Tail Spend Initiative (Candex Platform)
50%  –  SAP Signavio (Savings Management) Project

Key Responsibilities
1. Planning & Execution
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.
Execute projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies (IT PMX framework).
Coordinate technical and functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
Manage vendor and third-party engagements effectively.
2. Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to IT General Controls (ITGC), SOX, NIST, COBIT, and audit requirements.
Oversee change management, access controls, and risk mitigation processes.
Maintain governance artifacts including RAID logs, decision logs, financial trackers, and compliance documentation.
3. Testing Management
Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including test strategy, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Ensure solutions meet business and quality requirements prior to go-live.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
Provide clear and timely status updates to executive sponsors and steering committees.
Facilitate collaboration across business units, IT teams, and external partners.
Operate effectively within a matrixed organizational structure.
5. Delivery & Post-Go-Live Support
Lead cutover planning, environment readiness, and technical dry runs.
Support transition to operations and hypercare phases.
Drive business process changes and deliver training and change management support.
Balance scope, cost, time, and risk within agreed budget constraints.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
6+ years of experience within a  Tail Spend  program, project, or initiative.
5+ years of hands-on experience with  SAP Signavio and savings management projects .
Proven experience managing complex IT or digital transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of ITGC frameworks (SOX, NIST, COBIT).

Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Service Now.
Demonstrated vendor and stakeholder management expertise.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong English communication skills.
