Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Forms Developer to support ongoing document and forms work for a Property & Casualty insurance carrier. This role will primarily focus on forms development and maintenance. When form-specific demand is lighter, the developer may flex to support adjacent teams and initiatives as needed.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain insurance forms using Doc Origin and Insurance Now
· Implement form updates driven by regulatory changes, product updates, or business requirements
· Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing forms for accuracy and performance
· Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and downstream teams to ensure forms meet business and compliance needs
· Support testing efforts by resolving defects related to forms and document generation
· Flexibly assist other delivery teams when form-specific work is not active
Required Qualifications
· Hands-on experience with Doc Origin
· Background supporting insurance forms or document generation in a P&C environment
· Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret business and regulatory requirements
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior experience working directly for or with an insurance carrier
· Familiarity with policy, billing, or claims documentation workflows
· Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
