Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 Migration Manager   Expert to help lead initiatives around migration Project. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding and hands-on experience with both SAP S/4

HANA and ECC, with a proven track record of more than 8 years working in complex enterprise environments. We are looking for an expert who can lead and act as Project Manager/PMO.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP S/4 Migration process across all the current SAP system

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define SAP S/4 Migration

• Provide end to end solution, including data migration, transformation projects and system upgrades if needed

• Act as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders on master data best practices and SAP standards

Education and Skill-set required

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Migration, including configuration, workflows, and hands on Implementation

• Full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4 Migration Standards as manager end PMO

• Strong experience with SAP S/4

HANA, particularly in the context migration process and PMO activity

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge between business users and technical teams

• Experience with data migration tools and techniques

• SAP certification(s) in S/4

HANA is a must

• Previous experience in multinational or regulated industries

• Must have S/4 HANA Rise experience in full migration project

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Experience in Systems Analysis, Understanding of IT Technologies – an Advantage

• Experience in IT Project Management in a global company – an Advantage

• Knowledge with theory of constraints (TOC) methodology – an Advantage
