One Login Administrator

Summary:
The One Login Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the organisation’s identity and access management environment using the One Login platform. This role ensures secure, seamless access to applications while maintaining compliance and security standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer One Login, including user lifecycle management and SSO configuration.
- Implement and maintain MFA and authentication policies.
- Integrate new SaaS applications using SAML/OIDC.
- Troubleshoot login and access issues.
- Monitor system health, logs, and security alerts.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and Security teams on access workflows.
- Maintain documentation and support audits.
Requirements
- Experience with IAM platforms (One Login preferred).
- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM.
- Familiarity with Active Directory or Azure AD.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Security mindset and understanding of access control principles.
