Overview
We are seeking a  Technical Project Manager (Web/App & Magento 2 ) with a strong development background to lead end-to-end delivery of a startup’s core platform. This role blends project management and technical oversight, coordinating a small specialist team (Magento 2 Backend, Web Frontend, UI/UX, QA) and ensuring high-quality delivery across web applications, Magento integrations, tracking/attribution, and commission/payment workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Manage projects end-to-end: scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and delivery
Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, workflows, and documentation
Coordinate and guide key specialists:
Magento 2 Backend Developer, Web App Frontend Developer,       UI/UX Designer, QA Tester
Lead delivery of core systems:
Affiliate system (user accounts, affiliate IDs, QR code generation)
Tracking & attribution engine (QR scan detection, visitor tracking, fraud prevention)
Magento 2 integration (custom modules, buyback flow integration, order/event tracking)
Commission & payment system (commission logging, dashboards, payouts)
Oversee architecture and implementation across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and integrations
Manage Magento 2 enhancements, bug fixes, and third-party integrations
Coordinate QA, validate key user journeys, and support release readiness
Provide regular status updates and maintain clear project tracking and documentation

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in web/app development or a strongly technical role
2+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or technical account  management
Strong understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and system integration concepts
Experience working with Magento (Magento 2 preferred)
Ability to manage full product lifecycle from planning through launch
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
