Position: Head of IT(should be from FMCG Retail & Wholesale business only and ready for Angola location)
Position Overview
The Head of IT will lead the overall IT and digital strategy for the FMCG Retail & Wholesale business, ensuring technology drives operational excellence, scalability, and business growth. The Head IT will be responsible for aligning IT initiatives with business goals, overseeing SAP ERP operations and enhancements, enabling data-driven decision-making, and leading digital transformation across retail, wholesale, distribution, and supply chain operations.

Qualifications & Experience


Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred.


Experience:

Minimum 15+ years of IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role within the FMCG, Retail, or Distribution sector.
 Proven experience leading SAP implementations and upgrades (ECC or S/4

HANA) across multiple business functions.
 Strong understanding of retail operations, wholesale distribution, supply chain, and finance processes.
 Demonstrated success in digital transformation, data analytics, and e-commerce integration.
 Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
