About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build analytics infrastructure for a new consumer platform launching in Q2 2026.
This is a founding technical role. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO to architect data pipelines that transform user behavior into commercial insights for B2B partners.
Expect rapid prototyping, scrappy MVP execution, and building production-grade systems under time constraints.
What You'll Own
Design and implement real-time behavioral data collection architecture
Build B2B analytics dashboard for partner organizations to access user insights
Architect ETL pipelines from operational database to analytics warehouse
Create data models for commercial analytics and user segmentation
Implement GDPR/DPDP-compliant data infrastructure
Build export functionality (PDF, CSV) for B2B reporting
Technical Requirements
Must Have:
3+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data infrastructure
Expert in modern data stack:
Big Query/Snowflake + dbt + ETL tools
Strong Python and SQL skills
Experience building B2B analytics products or dashboards
Understanding of data privacy compliance (GDPR, DPDP)
Comfortable with startup velocity. Can ship features in days/weeks
Nice to Have:
Type Script/JavaScript for dashboard development
Experience with consumer platforms (gaming, social, events, travel)
Familiarity with AI-assisted development (Claude, Cursor, Copilot)
Background in real-time data pipelines
