At Kraya, we build AI-powered Whats App-based lead capture, qualification, and automation systems for businesses. Our goal is to help brands close more sales without increasing marketing spend, by optimizing follow-ups and lead conversion through smart automation.
You will be working on ad campaigns that directly fuel the growth of both brands — high-conversion, high-ROI campaigns that are creatively sharp, data-driven, and powered by AI-led optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for both B2B SaaS and EdTech audiences
Manage monthly ad budgets of ₹40L+ with clear performance accountability and ROI targets
Develop and test creative strategies including ad copy, visuals, and video content
Implement advanced audience segmentation and targeting strategies
Analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and attribution tools
Conduct competitor research using Facebook Ads Library and industry benchmarks
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives
Build and maintain detailed performance reports and dashboards
Stay updated on Meta platform changes, new features, and advertising best practices
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency
Skills required
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns with proven results
Track record of managing budgets of ₹30L+ per month or ₹3
Cr+ annually
Deep understanding of Meta's auction system, bidding strategies, and algorithm
Expertise in campaign structure, objective selection, and optimization techniques at scale
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis
Experience with lead generation campaigns and CRM integration
Ability to write compelling ad copy and provide creative direction
Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, and attribution models
Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance
Experience managing high-budget accounts with daily budget allocation decisions
Qualification
Experience with B2B SaaS or EdTech marketing
Familiarity with other paid platforms (Google Ads, Linked In Ads)
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools
Experience with video content creation and scripting
Understanding of marketing psychology and persuasion principles
Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script or API integrations
Experience with advanced reporting and data visualization
