At Faxtor , we build custom software focused on business and process automation — ERPs, CRMs, dashboards, and systems that simplify operations for schools and growing businesses.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, understands business requirements, and can bridge the gap between clients and the tech team.
What You’ll Do Speak with clients to understand their requirements clearly
Translate business needs into actionable tasks
Coordinate with the tech team verbally and through ticketing systems
Track issues and ensure timely resolution
Configure and implement client requirements within the system
Build and customise pages using low-code tools
Work extensively on Excel for data handling, reporting, and migration
What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to understand business processes and workflows
Expertise in Excel (formulas, data cleaning, structuring, reporting)
Comfortable coordinating across teams
Detail-oriented and structured in approach
Ability to handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously
Good to Have Experience working with ERP or CRM systems
Experience in software implementation / client onboarding
Basic understanding of databases or system workflows
