What You’ll Actually Do

Build and optimize landing pages on Shopify, Webflow, and other CMS platforms
Turn campaign ideas into high-converting pages
Work with performance marketers to ensure paid traffic lands on pages that   actually convert
Analyze heatmaps, scroll maps, click recordings, and user behavior
Identify friction points and propose clear improvements
Set up tracking: pixels, events, UTMs, and basic analytics hygiene
Run A/B tests and learn how to think in hypotheses, not guesses

You won’t just “design pages.”
You’ll learn how to engineer conversion.

What We’re Looking For

0-2 years experience in frontend, Shopify, CRO, or analytics
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with website builders
Understanding of Google Tag Manager, GA4, or tracking setups
Curiosity about user psychology and buying behavior
Comfort with numbers and experimentation
Bonus points if you’ve used tools like Hotjar, GA4, VWO, GTM, or similar platforms.

You don’t enjoy testing the same thing multiple times
You prefer fixed instructions over figuring things out
You don’t care why users drop off

Setup

Internship: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
